I have
been involved in Information Technology management for over
30 years and have held several executive level leadership
positions running business applications and Infrastructure
engineering groups for large companies in the fields of Insurance,
Hospitality, Telecommunications, Association management, IT
outsourcing and Consulting. Many years ago, I adopted a coaching/mentoring
style of leadership and found that it enhanced employee morale,
created a team environment and achieved business results.
My personal
philosophy is to live each day to the fullest. I believe that
if you change your thinking you can change your life.
My passions
include gardening, camping, reading, jogging, and spending
time with family and friends. I don't like bureaucracy, arrogant
people, hypocrisy or intolerance.
I graduated
from Purdue University and the advanced studies program for
project management at the University of Irvine, CA.
I also
received my coaching certification from the Coaching Training
Alliance in June 2003. I am also a member of the International
Coaching Federation (ICF).
